FestivalEntries.com was founded by Kathleen S. and Larry M. Barber of Tallahassee, Florida. Kathleen is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Motion Picture, Television, and Recording Arts (1997) and she and Larry have both worked in film and television production in Florida for over 30 years. The past 12 years their concentration has been on traveling to film festivals around the country, studying festival entry guidelines,  and learning what film festivals are looking for in content and genres.
